When a client has purchased one of your packages and is ready to have a session on RingMD, it's time to arrange an appointment.
Note: If you and your client have already agreed on an appointment date and time, proceed to the second section of this article (Scheduling the appointment).
Discussing appointment details
Step 1: Click Messages on the top menu bar.
Step 2: Click on the client's message.
Step 3: Send a message and decide on an appointment date and time with your client.
Scheduling the appointment
Step 4: Start scheduling an appointment with a client by clicking Packages on the top menu bar. After doing so, you should be directed to the tab Purchased Packages.
Step 5: Click Schedule Session on the purchased package.
Step 6: Enter the appointment details and click Schedule.
Note: If this is an in-person appointment, you can change Session Type from Online Appointment to Offline Appointment. If you select the second, you will be prompted to enter a location for the offline appointment.
Once you have scheduled the appointment, your client will be notified.
