We have listened to your feedback and used it to build some new features on RingMD. You can now manage all of your practice administration within RingMD for both online and in-person appointments. Here is a summary of what you can expect in today's upgrade:
Schedule all of your appointments on RingMD’s Calendar - online and in-person. It displays all client appointments and you can also add, schedule and edit appointments.
Mark your appointments as offline
Capture all your client payments and schedules (both online and in-person) for easier practice administration and account records.
Mark your appointments as completed
Mark your in-person appointments as completed on RingMD.
You can reject and refund a newly purchased package if are unable to accept the booking, for any reason.
