You can reschedule appointments from two locations on the Android mobile application:
- on the Sessions page
- on your RingMD Calendar
Step 1: On the side menu, tap Sessions.
Step 2: To reschedule an appointment, go to the Scheduled tab. Look for the session you’d like to reschedule and tap the three-dot icon.
Step 3: Tap Edit this session.
Step 4: Enter the new details and tap Schedule.
Step 1: On the side menu, tap Calendar.
Step 2: On the calendar, look for the session. Scheduled sessions are highlighted as green. Tap the date where the session is found.
Step 3: You will be directed to the Day view. Look for the session and tap it.
Step 4: Tap Edit on the top-right corner.
Step 5: Change the appointment details and tap Schedule.
